A Delay Receiving Covid Test Results

We are in the midst of unprecedented times in the lab industry with an increased demand for Covid-19 variant surveillance and a surge in lab testing. As a result of this testing surge, we are experiencing 48 – 72-hour turnaround times for COVID test results. Our goal is to improve turnaround times by getting you results within 24 – 48 hours over the next week or two as we add staff and new equipment for processing.
