Meet the Staff

Amanda received a Certificate of Pharmacy Technology from Craven Community College in 2014 and is nationally certified through the PTCB since August 4th, 2014. Over the last eight years she has worked in retail, clinic, and long-term care settings. Amanda says that her favorite part of working as a pharmacy technician is “working with patients to help them achieve their healthcare needs.” Amanda was raised and currently resides in Kinston, NC. She graduated from North Lenoir High School in 2011. When not working she likes to spend time with her husband and their two fur-babies, Mali and Mr. Whiskers.
Joann comes from a strong background in pharmacy. She has worked two years in hospital, and sixteen years in long-term care, and one year in retail. She is extremely excited to join the Kinston crew. Joann has earned her CPhT certificate showing she knows pharmacy in 2009. She loves helping patients and making sure they get the medicine they need. Joann has lived in the Ayden area for the past 20 years, and loves North Carolina. She is an avid Pirate fan, and loves her kitty cat Peppers. She has two grown sons that she admires.
