Telephone Visits
If you are unable to have a video visit we may be able to perform your visit via telephone.
Please let us know during scheduling if you do not have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer that has a video camera and internet or data connection.
Video camera
Smartphones such as iPhones and Android phones have video cameras, most laptops have video cameras built in, desktop computers may have a webcam built in or attached.
Internet or data connection
Your smartphone/cellphone plan usually has a data plan that allows you to connect to the internet and send and receive text messages. Laptop and desktop computers connect to the internet via residential internet plans.
